How to use the text case converter

  1. Paste your text into the top field.
  2. Press the format you want to convert to.
  3. The result appears in the bottom field — press "Copy result" to put it on your clipboard.

What do the different formats do?

UPPERCASE and lowercase do exactly what they say. Title Case capitalizes the first letter of every word — common in headings. Sentence case only capitalizes the first letter of each sentence, as in normal running text. Toggle case flips every single letter (uppercase becomes lowercase, lowercase becomes uppercase).

Frequently asked questions

Do you store the text I paste in?

No. The conversion happens entirely in your own browser — the text is never sent to any server.

Why isn't sentence case perfect on abbreviations?

Sentence case uses a simple rule based on periods/exclamation marks/question marks, which doesn't always distinguish between the end of a sentence and an abbreviation with a period.

Can I convert very long texts?

Yes, there's no practical length limit — the conversion is fast regardless of text length since it happens locally in your browser.
